I took maybe too long to buy this EP. It was in the back of my head, waiting for its turn. This release is kind of a compilation of what Pretty Hurts does better, specially within the post-punk energy driven by the juvenile vocals, the engaging melodies and nervous basslines, everything packed up into "Expectations". This is some sort of an answer to my preference for this kind of format, there's much more to love in much less time with no anticlimactic shit . Excellent.
